Ms. Winkler is a register professional engineer with a career that spans 21
years.
During her time in the public sector, Ms. Winkler conducted speed and
volume studies, parking studies, sight distance evaluations, reviewed
traffic impact analyses and oversaw installation and revision of traffic
control.
During her time in the private sector, Ms. Winkler was a primary author of
the Great Falls, MT Transportation Plan, conducted arterial corridor studies,
and prepared numerous traffic impact analyses. She also evaluated the
applicability of different kinds of traffic control and recommended turn
lanes using local standards. Many of these projects involved public input,
much of which Ms. Winkler conducted. Her experience was gained
through projects in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Colorado.
